Hands down one of the best cocktail bars in Brisbane. The venue is beautiful, the staff are masters of their craft, and the drinks are 10/10 every time. Whether you want a classic Gimlet or something unique, you can't go wrong here. Love the booth seating and the relaxed yet upscale atmosphere.

A friend took me to Dr Gimlette and was blown away of how delicious those cocktails were !! That after taste still lingers as I got home. Staffs were super friendly/ welcoming and not to mention very knowledgeable and they def know what they're doing !! Also, the lady with the light blue ish dyed hair who always top up customer's water - she's a legend !!! Spent 100 bucks and not a bit of regret involved!! Would definitely go back for more !!!! Just a heads up - everything on the menu looks very tempting!! 🤤😋

Another amazing bar in the heart of Brisbane’s cbd! We went for Friday afternoon drinks and ended staggering out of there a few hours later. The cocktails and masterfully blended and offer unique and non-standard masterpieces to enjoy.

Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about their craft. The drinks were incredible! Absolutely recommend trusting the staff with their recommendations! Nailed our tastes and broadened our cocktail horizons! Also, super special shoutout to Marius, Maddie and the other gorgeous humans (whose names we didn’t get, sorry!) who served us on all three nights this week and tolerated our constant requests to be “surprised”. You guys are the best.

Had the best time here. We stumbled upon this place by accident and it turned out to be the best decision of the night. Great drinks, fantastic service. We landed up with a big group and they went out of their way to accommodate us.

Ty was amazing!!! Truly made our experience memorable, he was beyond friendly and catered to all our needs. He was evidently extremely hard working and staying on top of everything at all times. The drinks were incredible, will definitely be coming back, if not for the drinks then absolutely for Ty.

Absolutely outstanding cocktail bar! We visited Dr Gillette Brisbane as a group of three and had two cocktails each – every single one was excellent. The atmosphere is fantastic and truly unique, unlike any bar we’ve seen before. The cocktail menu already offers a great selection, but what really sets this place apart is the bar team. You can simply tell them what flavours you like, and they’ll create a cocktail exactly to your taste. They also suggest drinks based on your preferences and explain why they’ve chosen certain combinations, which makes the whole experience even more special. Exceptional drinks, amazing ambience and passionate bartenders – highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved the staff and drinks choices at Dr Gimlette. Basil was entirely welcoming and quick to get us a table although it was super busy. Drinks were delicious and the bar staff were super attentive in keeping you refreshed with water and other drinks. I had a variety of cocktails and they all were delightful.

Didn't have any food but the staff and drinks were great. Lovely atmosphere and not too loud. Was a great spot for a nightcap to finish our evening.

Came over with a group of six and had a brilliant time. The cocktails were inventive and perfectly balanced, served in a stunning heritage space. Staff were welcoming, and the atmosphere felt intimate yet vibrant. Ideal spot for a classy nightcap or group gathering.
